Cosplay Guests
We are fortunate enough to welcome not one, but three talented cosplay guests to the Japanese Arts Festival!
Laura Sindall (Sands)
Laura Sindall is a student at the London College of Fashion and one of the official cosplayers for KOEI-Tecmo. She has become well known for her prize winning costumes in both the UK and France, and was fortunate enough to attend the Paris Games Expo as one of KOEI-Tecmo's booth babes.
Laura says she is looking forward to seeing everyone at the Japanese Art Festival and passing on some of the tips and tricks of cosplay she has learnt over the years!
Julia Laurant (Cyrus)
Julia Laurant is also a student at the London College of Fashion and part of the KOEI-Tecmo cosplay team. She has years of cosplay experience behind her, both in Singapore and the UK. She is well known for representing her home country at the 2006 World Cosplay Summit.
Kelly Batchelor (Ai Honey)
Kelly Batchelor is a fashion student with three years of cosplay experience. She has made costumes from anime (Yoko - Gurren Lagann), comics (Rogue - X-men) and games (Sophitia - Soul Calibur).
As well as having experience of organising cosplay workshops for young people, she has also performed at the Grand international Cosplay Ball and even hosted an event at Anime Expo in the US.
